The BOLLFILTER Simplex BFB-C HD is used as a gas filter and coalescence separator in chemical and petrochemical plants, in the offshore industry, and in the power plant sector. This filter is primarily used for filtering fuel gas and seal gas. In cases of heavy contamination, the filter is combined with a pre-separator, e.g. a cyclone or cyclone demister, to separate off solids and liquids. A rapidly rotating flow of gas is required in order to separate out small and lightweight particles. Therefore, the cyclone is designed under actual operating conditions in order to achieve the most efficient separation possible.

BOLLFILTER Duplex BFD-C/P Double Block and BleedMarine

The BOLLFILTER double filter BFD-C/P DBB consists of two filter chambers. One filter chamber is in operation, while the other filter chamber is cleaned in reserve. If the degree of contamination exceeds the tolerance limit, pressure shock-free can be switched to the cleaned half of the filter in the Double Block and Bleed principle. The dirty screen insert is cleaned while the system continues to run.
